Yes. Setting up is free: create your account, add your details, choose a design, build your guest list and preview your invitations and wedding website, all without paying. You pay once, when you’re ready to send. Guests can open your invitations, save the dates and wedding website once your wedding is paid for.
Yes. Each plan is a single payment for one wedding. It never renews, there are no per-guest charges and you’ll never need to top up coins or credits.
Up to 150 while you set up. Invitation Suite covers up to 150 guests; for more, choose Complete, which has no limit. Plus-ones your guests bring when they reply don’t count towards your limit.
Yes, you just pay the £40 difference.
Because you can set up and preview everything before you pay, we don’t refund for a change of mind or a cancelled wedding. When you pay, you ask us to unlock your wedding straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it’s unlocked. If anything doesn’t work as described, we’ll fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Your plan stays with your wedding. Just change the date in Details and carry on. Your guests’ details are still deleted 12 months after the new date.
No. Everyone pays the same price, with no codes, discounts or sales. Wedding planners can hold up to 5 weddings in one account, each paid for separately.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Your card statement will read HIGHFOLD* KINDLY REPLY.
By debit or credit card (and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it) through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see your card details.
