Digital products
Kindly Reply is delivered online. You can set up your wedding, choose a design, add your guests and preview your invitations and website for free. Your guests can open them once you've paid for a plan, which unlocks as soon as payment is complete. Please check names, dates and event details before you send anything to your guests.
Your content and your guests
You're responsible for what you add: your wedding details, photos and wording, and your guest list. Only share invitation and website links with people you're inviting. We may remove anything unlawful or abusive, including guests' messages.
Guest data you add
When you add guests, you're responsible for having a fair reason to do so (for example, inviting them to your wedding) and for only adding contact details they'd expect you to use. We use guest data only to run your invitations, replies, website and thank-you cards, and look after it as our privacy policy explains. Guests' dietary requirements are kept only when the guest ticks the box to share them with you. We never market to your guests.
Plans and what they include
There are two plans, each a one-off payment per wedding: Invitation Suite (£39, up to 150 guests) and Complete (£79, unlimited guests). They never renew and there are no per-guest charges, coins, credits or discount codes. Moving from Invitation Suite to Complete costs the difference (£40). Setting up and previewing are free; you need a plan and your wedding date before anything can be sent to guests. Each wedding keeps its plan until its data is removed (see below), including if you change its date.
How long weddings stay online
Your wedding website, invitations and guest list stay available until 12 months after your wedding date. After that we automatically delete guest names, contact details, replies and photos, and take the website offline. Download your guest list and caterer report before then if you'd like to keep them. You can delete everything sooner from Settings.
Sending to guests
Invitations, save-the-dates, reminders and thank-you cards are sent from Kindly Reply on your behalf. Please only send them to people you're genuinely inviting. To protect everyone's inboxes, each wedding can send up to 400 guest emails in any 24 hours, and one email to the same household every 10 minutes.
